Improvisational Tribal Belly Dance with Neylan
Tribal Belly Dance is a dance of connection between dancers as they
move together in group improvisation. It incorporates flavors of traditional
belly dance, indian, flamenco, and north african dance. This beginner
friendly class focuses on basic posture, isolation, combinations, &group improvisation.
Mondays, 7:00-8:15 PM
Modern Dance with Nikki Carrara
This adult class synthesizes contemporary movement techniques. Webegin with a consistent warm up that prepares you for a cumulative
movement phrase. Phrases are often repeated over several classes to
give you a chance to really dance them. Class ends with a cool down.
Tuesdays, 5:15-6:30 PM
Belly Dance with Ameena
This all-level, beginner friendly class offers a fun environment where each
step of class builds steadily on the last. New students frequently surprise
themselves at how much they really dance on their first day while more
advanced dancers incorporate additional detail into combinations.

Dance Dance Party Party™
Ladies Only
Fridays, 5:30-7:00 ONLY $5
Unlike typical workout or dance classes, Dance Dance Party Party™ hasno instructors, no fitness goals, and nothing to prove. There are only three
rules in the room – no boys, no booze, and no judgments. The set-up is
simple: an hour and a half of booty-busting tunes, a dance studio with
the lights turned low, and women willing to let go. With your hostesses,
DJ Buddmobile and DJ Cool Britt.
